1. Export Eligibility 🌍
Cemicoex Chemicals supplies products globally subject to:
- Availability of stock
- Compliance with Indian export regulations
- Buyer’s country import laws
2. GST & Taxation
- Export supplies are made under LUT (Letter of Undertaking)
- 0% GST (Zero-rated supply) applicable
- Required export documentation will be provided
3. Documentation Provided 📄
We may provide:
- Proforma Invoice
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- COA (Certificate of Analysis)
- MSDS / SDS
- Transport Documents
4. Payment Terms 💵 ⚠️ (Updated Policy)
Due to ongoing global market conditions, supply fluctuations, and geopolitical situations, the following payment terms are applicable:
- ✔️ 50% Advance Payment
- ✔️ 50% Before Dispatch / On Delivery

🚫 LC, CAD, or other credit-based terms are temporarily not applicable
5. Buyer Responsibilities ⚠️

- Customs clearance

6. Packaging & Handling
- Standard industrial packaging (drums / containers)
- Export-safe packing available
- Proper labeling and hazard compliance
7. Shipping Terms 🚚
- Shipping via road / sea / air as agreed
- Delivery timelines depend on destination
- Terms like EXW / FOB / CIF applicable as per agreement
8. Risk Transfer
- Risk transfers as per agreed shipping terms
- We are not liable for transit damage, delays, or customs issues
9. Compliance & Safety 🧪

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to:
