This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be canceled or refunded.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
- Cancellation requests must be made via phone or email.
2. Refund Policy ⚠️

- Goods once sold will not be taken back.
- No refunds will be issued after dispatch.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

- Delay caused by transporter
- Minor variation in color, smell, or texture (chemical nature)
6. Bulk & Custom Orders
- Bulk or custom-packed orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
